Don't know if posted already :

Neil Alphonso, who became lead level designer at Guerrilla back in 2007, will now head up Splash Damage’s level design team. The London-based studio currently has an unannounced title in development.

“The Splash Damage guys know how to build great multiplayer experiences that are a cut above most of what is available today,” says Alphonso. “Their refined approach is even more appealing to me as a lead level designer, and provides an excellent base for me to push on into the frontiers of gaming.”

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

No big deal IMO. Better job, better salary, in a time of world economy meltdown? Sign me in too.

If some more info apears saying otherwise, then we have something to debate

Translation: "I decided to pursue a position working on a new untitled game, because the thought of spending the next three years in my cubicle shitting out level packs and DLC for Killzone 2 wasn't all that appealing to me. Who do y'all think I am, CliffyB?"
