I remember starting Half Life 2 at 11am one day and finished at around the same time next day. Thats within 24 hours :).

My brother did play first 2 or 3 chapters though, with me watching.

Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty and Ratchet: Deadlocked. Q4B took me about 3 hours to finish, and I did a marathon with Deadlocked; took me a while to get through the whole thing, but I did it. =)

Aside from fighting games, maybe none this generation. I used to rent games and beat them in one or two days from the 8-bit to 64-bit eras, though. No time for that nowadays.
