If we're strictly talking about 1st party, no. If we're including 2nd party, sure.
does publishing really matter? Bungie was an in house studio, but Gears wasnt. Publishing means that you pay the money for development. I think the arguement has been that Sony's first party developers are better than microsofts.

not really.....especially if we count PSP too
I thought the "myth" had to do with Sony's dominant DEVELOPING, not publishing. That's where they embarrass Microsoft. MS can publish anything, they have no inherent weakness there.

but starcraft will not be able to prove it is untrue since it is true !!!
then starcraft will have no point to create a thread about it and, if there is no thread, then starcraft can't make damage control for MS ...
