Doesn't really matter, Microsoft probably did pay them enough for releasing this first on the xbox 360.

It's a shame though that we will never see what this would have done if had been released first on the PS3, but I don't think that it would have been that much below SO3, if Yakuza 3, Devil May Cry 4, WKC, MGS4 and other hardcore title's give some indication.

Halo Wars sold 11k on its first day
and SO4 sold more than Halo Wars this week

I think SO4 sold more than 15k
VERY GOOD numbers for Xbox360 game!

So4 must be between 15k-25k....
That's horrible for star océan, even if so3 was on ps2 he sell 750 k.
But it's normal like usa with ps3, japanese people reject the 360.

@ Neos: If you think THAT is annoying, you should check out certain other people who only comment on how awesome / bad a particular console did, no matter how good / bad the others did that week. I could easily name a dozen or so. Just go check the weekly sales threads.

The Japanese 360 owners are the hardcoriest of the them all. They rush out and buy their stuff by the end of the first weekend. No real surprise about the SO4 drop.
