Forums - Sony Discussion - Killzone 2 rankings - hint to sales numbers?

If you look at KZ2 online rankings, it could give some hint of sales.
Rankings, alltime there are 38600 pages, ten usernames per page 1/38600. So if we do simple math that means 386000 people have played online- worldwide. Not impressive number for such an amazing game.

This is not trolling, i have PS3, look at my past comments, i am PS3 guy, and if you don't trust me, numbers are there, if you have KZ2 you can see it for yourself.

THere are probably some ppl that haven't played online yet, but i doubt that number is 500k+. i doubt it is more than 150k.
Sales are not that good if this numbers are any hint.

I don't have a PS3, but I'm not sure there is a good algorithm for going from those ranking numbers to number of sales.

All predictors I have seen (UK sales numbers, VGChartz estimates) all point to KZ2 selling at a very good clip...

Huh?! The game has been out for FOUR days. I'd say that fewer than half the people that bought the game have gotten online yet. Probably only 1/3rd.

A lot of people are going to finish the single player campaign first, before going online, and a lot of people aren't done with the SP campaign yet. Not everybody runs out, buys a game, then sits down for a 10 hour marathon to beat it on launch day like people on gaming forums tend to do.

bad thread

ive only started playing online today

I would say the majority haven't played it online yet.
