I agree.  And I am more hoping that Wii Sports Resort comes with 2 WM+ than for WM+ to come with Red Steel 2.  Of course it is very unlikely that Nintendo would be that generous but no harm in hoping. 

You guys are playing the selfish angle the wrong way. It's in Nintendo's best interest to get their little add on attached to as many Wiimotes as possible. The SELFISH thing to do is bundle it with RS 2 as it substantially increases the chances of further third party dev support and "hardcore offerings" And they already did bundle the Wii Zapper with Umbrella Chronicles in Japan and Korea dark_gh0st.

Alright Gamerace, you're on. One VC game riding on a Red Steel 2 Wii motion plus bundle. I still win if it's a partial bundle. Bet goes on until Red Steel 2 release date, but ends early if there is outright confirmation from UBI either way.

I still think RS2 is coming out too late to entice Nintendo to bundle WM+ with it. However I will admit this development swings the odds a little more in your favour. Darn it.

Fair enough, but aren't we only a few days away from getting a magazine preview of RS2? I guess that will be the big deciding factor. We'll probably find out both how far along the game is and how it uses the plus.

i just read a rumor report today that said Grand Slam Tennis will bundle WM+

Wasn't there reports of this from the begining? I know i heard this somewhere once WM+ was announced.

Now the big question is whether the Grand Slam Tennis bundle opens the door to further bundles, or steels the lone bundle spot. I'd imagine that it would open the door. Grand Slam is a bit of a surprising bundle in that I would think there would be much more purchasing overlap between that and Sports Resort. Perhaps it was a move to placate EA, perhaps it's related to Sports Resort troubles or perhaps their just even more desperate to move the M+ than even I had thought.

But I still think this is a very good sign for an RS2 bundle, as the game will sell to a different demographic, one that still could see the most benefit from this peripheral.
