Havent' seen anything about this, found this deal on cheapassgamer.com and thought I'd share.  Two tickets seems like a good deal, I definitely need to get a new headset or some points anyway.

I saw this deal today on cheapassgamer as well, went over to my bestbuy to find out they were out of Watchmen tickets and wouldn't give me a raincheck. I stared dumbly and said ok I'll go home and order it online -_- Got a 1600 MS points card online and those tickets =)

I am very interested in watching The Watchmen. But I am quite lazy. Also, sometimes theatres don't accept tickets of this nature for the first 2 weeks. Not sure if that includes these tickets though.

I just bought a Gold Messenger Kit at Best Buy to take advantage of this deal. This was despite the issue I had recently with Microsoft's Xbox Live but that's a whole other story. The deal is a great one. They have the messenger kit on sale for $49.99. So you get Live which can cost up to $49.99 by itself, and also included is a headset, chatboard (or whatever it's called), PGR4! That kit normally runs $69.99 but it's $20 off this week. So if that wasn't enough, you also get a coupon for two free tickets to see Watchmen.

Normally...

Live- $49.99
Chatboard- $19.99
Headset- ????
PGR4- $19.99 (I think)
Two movie tickets- at least $15 if not more depending on where you live and time of show.

All that equals at least $105 plus whatever the headset costs and I got it for $49.99. That's a steal I say. I had to get it.



I'll come up with something better eventually...

I finally got my Best Buy gift card credit for my Xbox 360 that took a crap, so I went to Best Buy on Monday night and bought a new system, so I got the Watchmen pack as well.  I'm excited to see it, I wanted to see it anyway, so the fact that it's free sweetened the deal!  I'm gonna take my wife on Friday night.

Yeah, I hit this deal up last week. Got a $20 1600 point card + $8 1 month live card and with it came 4 free tickets. The max value of the tickets is $18 more than what I spent after tax.
