These are only UK though, so I stand corrected about the Others total.
I do not think that Human Players represents the number of people who have played the game. I could be wrong though.

LOL. Looks like they are keeping track of how many human players play in each online match. Weird stat to keep.
It says 30k people online in 24 hours, so I'd guess that Halo Wars sold around 100k to 200k in Europe.

No, it is a sumation of all the matches and the number of players in each match. Say there are 350,000 human players. Then there is a 3vs3 match that just starts. The number will go to 350,006. Once again, this is just what I think is happening.
If you really look at those stats, it's pretty clear that "Human Players" is not tracking unique users. If one person has played 20 games so far, he will be counted 20 times for that stat.
