Bioware was owned by MS. EA bought Bioware and now Mass Effect 2 is going to be multi-platform along with all the other upcoming Bioware IP projects.

At the end of the day Sony was late to the game and it cost them.  Nintendo were late too, but had a far better strategy and didnt sufffer as Sony did.

Killzone is Sony's IP, compare it to Halo, Bungie is now an independent company, but Halo is Microsoft's IP, so Bungie cannot do a Halo title without MS's ok... Same with Killzone, if Guerrilla separates from Sony, they cannot do a Killzone title without Sony's ok...

Isn't it strange that games which didn't cost a lot to make, seem to make the most money? Cue Gears, Halo, Mario Kart, etc. I think Sony needs to learn that hint fast.

Hmm, it may very well be a good idea for making money. I don't see it moving that many console units and profit is profit, especially if they can move 2-3M more units of software.

How's that irrelevant? You said Sony isn't moving consoles, the graph details how much PS3 is outtracking X360 _despite_ being late whereas the Xbox360 had no competition in the same gen for the first year.

As for Nintendo: now _that_ is irrelevant. I own a Wii bought at launch and not for one day I saw it as a replacement for a PS3/X360. Sony came late to the game and lost mindshare and marketshare to MS, Nintendo came late and played a whole different game.
