The single player is really intense. I think this is my best FPS experience ever. I have only played 4 fps games though so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

The electricity gun rocks!!!

My only qualms with the game are minor:

1. Rico and Natko curse way too much
2. sometimes, the game freezes for a few seconds while streaming.

 I would hardly say I was causing a flame war.  I was just commenting on my disapointments.  I wasn't saying killzone was bad, but merely doesn't live up to hype.

Not that I believe this Metacritic list strictly reflects quality or makes much sense in its composition (what is Thief doing there? would Quake be rated higher than KZ2 today? Halo2? Perfect Dark?), but to go along with it and be pedantic:

a) you still have Team Fortress 2 _and_ the Orange Box, that also includes Team Fortress 2

b) there are 8 games rated 91 including KZ2, so only 17 of them do outrank it

A much more sensible list of potentially better titles can be xtracted:

Perfect Dark
Goldeneye
Halo CE/2/3
Quake
CoD4
Quake 3 Arena
UT2004
Unreal Tournament
Team Fortress 2

to which I would add CS 1.6/CS:S

I've played all of them (though admittedly very little of Goldeneye and Perfect Dark, at friends') and I would rate KZ2 right at the top together with CS. Of course if you're more into twitch shooters you'll still love Quake 3 or UT2004, but at the very least it's up there with the best.

91 is rounded.  the others do beat it, you just can't see the decimals
