I don't mind Welch because you don't hear from her that much.   The one I hate is Lymle.  I hate all that "'kay" stuff.  Holy crap that's annoying.

But I can overlook it because I am about 23 hours into the game and still LOVING it.

At least Welch talks fast, so it'll be over with quicker. I like Welch though and her voice acting.

absolutely worth buying guys, it has some flaws, but it is still a pretty good game, i personally think it is the best rpg on 360 so far, of course, lost odyssey is good, too....

Alright let me just say that the second bonus dungeon in this game is bulllshit. The level layouts are completely random and your progress resets every single time you leave it. That in itself isn't bad, although it can get quite repetitive and boring after a bit. The enemies aren't even difficult, well except one, the end boss. The dungeon's biggest problem is the absence of a save point. The dungeon is 20 levels, some can be fairly big, and on average takes 4 hours to get to the end. That's right, you spend 4 hours for the very strong likelihood (95% +) your ass gets handed to you by the dungeon's final boss. Not asking for a save spot on every level but one midway through couldn't have hurt.

Random Observation - Does anyone else notice, the main-screen of the Calnus, even after the Eldarian Engine Upgrades, and the Morpheus Armament Upgrades. Is standard defination? The image is so pixelated it's not even funny. Even my 37" HD TV looks better than their main screen.

Someone cheaped out of the bill and cut-corners. I blame Mr. Maverick himself.

This game is awesome, except Lymle, US version at least.
