I actually enjoyed a lot of the boss fights on this game, but I can see how you would get tired of Bowser fights kinda fast. Damn, now i'm thinking about playing SMG again lol.

SMG was the first Mario game I can think of where Mario and Bowser get into a real "fist" fight. Meaning theres no puzzle you really have to solve for something to fall on Bowser or some lever you have to press so Bowser fall into the lava.

In SMG you fought Bowser in a simple but awsome way. Though I agree they should have mixed it up a bit it was so good you cant complain really.

I thought they were quite good for Bowser fights. It's not often you come out of a Bowser fight thinking it was hard... but Galaxies were fun. NSMB has the easiest and therefore most boring Bowser fights I've ever played.

hmm don't recal the bowser fights too much in galaxy. only really recall the baby bowser fights which were fun and seemed epic.

but thinking back to 64 the bowser fights were super dull too. you ran around him until grabbed tail and threw him into a bomb. i can't imagine that they were any worse in galaxy.

I loved the game, loved the music, hate the races... but thats because I suck at racing games

Bowser was also too easy in Super Mario Galaxy. The best Bowser battle was in Super Mario World when he used the Koopa Clown Car. I won't reveal too much, I don't want to spoil it for anyone.

The only thing i hate about this game, its the fact that its too easy for me.

I suppose the stage that lead up to the actual bowser fight is a bit different from all the standard galaxy stages in the game, and when you actually reach bowser it's a bit of a breather that it's easy to beat him after all that?

Actually I think they had probably the most variety for a console Mario platformer Bowser fight without deviating too far from the series roots.
