It's getting very similar reviews to Till the end of Time, which I thought was pretty good. I bet this game is also good.

So the voice acting was bad. Hmm, it better not be Laura Bailey's fault, because she did really well voicing Rise from Persona 4 and Isara from Valkyria Chronicles. Never heard the much of the rest of the cast however.

It's not Laura Bailey's fault. It's the fault of whoever did the VA's for Meracle, Welch, and Sarah. And the VA director should have atleast some of the blame.

Are you saying SO4's dialogue is worse than Crisis Core's or are you saying that Crisis Core's story was good?

Well, from this video I'd say SO4 is worse, but I haven't played the game yet. So I'll hold off on that.

And yes, I loved Crisis Core's story.
