Anyways, I haven't played the single player campaign just yet, but I am very disappointed on the online aspect so far (PS3 version).

I'm about to play some single player, but I really hope by the time I'm done, Monolith will have patched the MP. 

Damn, that would suck. maybe its jsut some people... hopefully you arent affected.

I kind of like the MP. Its simple and basic but has a balanced approach. Reminds me of Counter Strike actually... But the single player is the meat and bones of this package.

 

It has gotten better ever since, maybe it was just a gamespy server issue. Either way, you're right, the SP is what the players came to play and so far it's quite good... could be a little more difficult on hard though.

Good game, I enjoyed it for the most part. Felt a little too similar to FEAR 1 most of the time, but that's not really a bad thing.

Also, looks like I'm winning our little bet ;)

Yeah looks like you won. Oh well... :) I enjoyed both games so everyone is a winner I guess.

I'm on the last chapter now. It's a fantastic game. I'm disapointed so many of the trophies are multiplayer oriented though. The multiplayer is fun, but not something I want to spend that much time on. The single player is great though and I will definitely play through it again on hard when I'm done.

Some people are saying that end is kinda weak but I found the ending to be amazing...if you think about it for a sec. One of the best twists in a videogame ive seen in a while...
