I preordered because I will probably pick it up in the morning, I wanted to play the demo without screwing over my friends in Europe, and it didn't cost anything.  If you preorder on their website, they will only charge you the $5 if you don't cancel the preorder or buy the game.

There are tons of SF4 posters, and a couple of Fear2/RE5 posters in the gamestops near my house. (NC, Raleigh)

Can't say I'm surprised. I'm used to gamestop not advertising 1st party Sony games. Heck, I'm used to Sony not advertising 1st party Sony games.

not suprising since gamestop usually only does midnight launches for established successful brands, something killzone isnt yet. sony's hd competitor's game is having a midnight launch at the gamestop's where i live. either way i already have my copy paid off.
