Well, I finally found Wii Fit game and board in a Gamestop by some kind of miracle and it really sucks!!!! I have to admit, I got caught up in the whole,”glamour/hype” of the game and the fan boys hyping it up. In the end, it is nothing but a tech demo that tries to suck in those concerned with their weight and Fitness.

I mean really, who were Nintendo trying to fool here?! The graphics are subpar (even for a tech demo). The actual activities in the game don’t appear to help out at all. I understand why Ninty did this. The Reason for it is to be able to cash in as much money as possible by making a game with little money. Obviously this kind of tactic is used for garnering the noobs into the video game industry and be #1.

Currently, this strategy is working for Nintendo, but for how long? In my honest opinion, not very long. Know this gamers, from casuals, to Nintendont’s to the mature, TRUE, hardcore fanboys of this gen. Starting this year, after Killzone 2 is released, flocks of people will come out and turn the tide around!! !!!!

Explanation of sig:

For God sakes, I mean really, who were Nintendo trying to fool here?! The graphics are piss poor (even for a tech demo). The individual activities in the game don’t appear to help out at all. I understand why Ninty did this and here is their reasoning: the reason for it is to be able to cash in as much money as possible by making a game with little money. It's as simple as that.

Really, could it be that simple, you ask. It is really simple, we all know that Nintendo can't compete with their software. Obviously their software, compared with the PS3 and the 360, are extremely old & tiring so they chase after the casuals. Currently, this strategy is working for Nintendo, but for how long? In my honest opinion, this plan won't work for very long. Know this gamers, from the casuals, to Nintendont’s fanboys, to the mature, TRUE, hardcore fanboys of this generation. Starting this year, after Killzone 2 is released, flocks of people will come out, start buying the PS3's and turn the tide around!! !!!!

Thats probably why you didn't like it, you were expecting something completely different.

Former something....

im confused

i disagree, its a great game.

Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6).  This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

You should have made your post longer and more controversial and placed a convenient, but vague sentence in there that said you were joking.

¯¯¯¯¯¯My anti-drug™

For someone who has worked out for more than 15 years, I can honestly say that in the hands of a dedicated individual Wii Fit could really change their body ... and it is accessable enough that some people who are not motivated by other forms of excercise may become highly motivated to use it.

With that said there are a lot of minor problems, a couple of more major problems, and some missing features which prevent this game from being as great as it could be. In particular, menu navigation and the results screens are too time consuming and limit your ability to get a really good workout, the Wii Fit Channel should have been opened up to enable third party developers to create games which take advantage of it (DDR comes to mind), it could have really used a custom workout mode where you could program your own workout and run through it (without menu navigation), and downloadable content could have kept the variety high to help people remain motivated.

Now, even with its problems I would still say that Wii Fit doesn't suck.

Should have saved your money and bought house of dead overkill and Deadly creatures instead...I heard they are great.
