Tiger Woods 09 on Wii has me in love with the system again

Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Tiger Woods 09 on Wii has me in love with the system again

PES2008 demonstrated that you could do quite a bit with the Wiimote to improve a sports game without resorting to flailing the Wiimote around ... Personally, I would love it if EA took those controls to the next level with NHL 2010 for the Wii.

Really I say wait till Tiger Wood 10, really going to be amazing with WM+, I loved Tiger 09 but Tiger 10 is on my list of games to look for.

I wonder why Konami hasn't done that with a new Blades of Steel or something similar. They created those controls, they'd know better how to implement them in a hockey game.

Hockey might also be awesome with the Wiimote, if done correctly, I agree.  Would be very tough to skate with something like the nunchuk and have finesse/aiming with the stick at the same time though.  WiiMotionPlus could be a huge success here.

I'm holding out for the WM+ version

imagine a hockey game where you could control the goalie in firstperson and controlling the stick with Wii motion plus and the glove with the nunchuck.... that could possibly work
