49.99 for the AAA titles & 39.99 for the rest plzzzz
I remember SNES and N64 games retailing for $80. $60 is not bad considering wages are higher then a decade ago. Unless I want the game now I wait until their under $20.
I remember when Snes and N64 games were $80 so prices now aren't that bad. I usually wait until games are $20 or under to buy unless I really want it.

Well, then every publisher would sell their games for $49.99 so that it would look like AAA.
OT, I really think $60 is cheap for the value we get from today's game, I wouldn't care a bit if they were $69.99 or higher, and I really don't think a $10 slash would have any major impact on game sales in anyway.
People need to stop bitching about $60 games. I remember paying upwards of $70 for my Goldeneye cartridge back in the late 90s.
HD games should be 49.99 depending on quality, and 39.99 should be the norm for wii games.

And $70 is way too much too. But what's even worse is DS games that cost freaking $40. I mean WTF? |
Aside from SE's stuff, what DS games cost $40?
And I'd love to know how SE gets away with that in NA. I can see Japan, but NA?

We just need to be glad that we live in America where MGS 4 didn't cost $90.
games are cheaper now compared to megadrive snes days.
i paid 59.99 for sf2 special championship edition on megadrive. in todays money that would be £100
