Agreed. This is going be like Saints Row 2. The PS3 version is going to do terribly in sales.

I wouldn't say 670k so far is terrible, but it definitely does pale in comparison to the 1.3M on the 360. I'm sure THQ is glad they put it on the PS3

I suppose. But the 360 version will likely double the PS3 in this case as well, unless something funny happens and the PS3 RE5 sells really well on PS3 vs. 360.

Yeah that will probably be the case. I'll likely get it for 360 so that way I have both games for the same console. Generally I get multi-platform games for the PS3 because of controller preference. (Unless of course there is a large discrepency in quality)

what is there not to understand,,,an improved version of dead rising 1 will hit PS3 and 360.So people who like dead rising will get the new version.Dead rising is not exactly known for beautiful story or setting. everything will be better in dead rising 2 as capcom's engines have improved over time.

i think its because DR is a kind of xbox360 game, so announcing it multiplat with some extras for 360 is about correct id say.

i expect more costumes on 360 mabey some added features.

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

The Wii Version is not a port, it is practically a new game. More story, less zombie, more different kind of zombies, more agressive zombies (because there are less they must act more agressiv). I think the Wii will get it's own dead rising 2.
