What?

Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are pulling the strings here for the first point.  The TARP, although used to benefit America's current problems will inflate the dollar and create a situation much like the recession of 1929 to the GD of the 30s.  Many projects in the ARR are pork laden wastes of money.  95 million for the endowment for the Arts in a recession is productive?  No, it is partisan. 

 

Part 2.  If you open BHO's bc in a hex editor it clearly states Adobe CS3 Mac and a timestamp for when it was edited (it was in April I think when he was battling Hillary.  It is clearly an altered template.
