PS3's 2009 exclusive list may not be so impressive after all.

@BengaBenga

You get offended by every Wii comment someone posts...DO YOU WORK FOR NINTENDO? I think your too old to be a fanboy...

Anyways I was giving my opinion...SINCE THE WII DOESNT HAVE MANY MULTIPLATFORM GAMES...so its OBVIOUS that they would have the most Exclusive games SINCE MOST GAMES FOR THE WII ARE MADE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WHAT THE WII OFFERS WHICH IS ITS INNOVATIVE CONTROLLER...stop being a fanboy

lol, hilarious.

Where's my fanboy comment? Where did I say any of the games on Wii's list is better? I even mentioned looking forward to RE5, SO4 and Alan Wake.

I really have this great picture in my head of you and some others that come into this thread hyping the HD list and expecting another crappy Wii list. Then you see 56 Wii exclusives, of which at least 20 are definitely quality-gamers-games. After that it's all unfair, because the multiplatform games aren't inluded, lol.

So I tell you why I comment: read the thread title. It will give you a clue what the thread is about.

I can't believe people are arguing about the quality of these lists when not one of us has played a release copy of any of these games.

Fanboys . . .

God of War 3 vs. Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad vs. Crayola Colorful World

God of War 3 vs Wii Sports Resort.

Only one winner there.

1. Wii doesn't have games
2. Wii only has Nintendo games
3. Lol, all 3rd party games are shovelware
4. Wii doesn't have the 3rd party blockbusters
5. Wii doesn't have as much exlusives as the PS3 and 360 combined if we include multiplats

I think we're still in #4, he just jumped the gun.

Tease.

L.A. Noire Developer Hiring Some Folks To Help Actually Finish The Thing

Remember L.A. Noire, the "interactive detective story" set in the late 1940s, set to be published by Rockstar Games? Apparently, so does the developer, Team Bondi, who are staffing up to maybe actually finish it.

The Sydney, Australia area dev — headed by Brendan McNamara, former Director of Development for Sony’s Team Soho Studio which made The Getaway — has opened up the human resources floodgates, looking for animators, artists and programmers for L.A. Noire.

The game was announced in late 2006 and was most recently pegged for a 2009 release. L.A. Noire does not, however, appear on parent company Take-Two Interactive's fiscal 2009 release list, which ends on October 31. Hey, it could still make the holidays!

Team Bondi did a similar staff drive about this time last year, when it listed the game as planned for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms. Remember, kids, this isn't the PlayStation exclusive franchise that Rockstar promised Sony. That's the next one.

Anyway, if you're looking for a job where deadlines don't seem that critical poke around the open positions.

In the list of Wii exclusives, you forgot to add the Conduit.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Those lists are pretty stupid. There are quite a few inconsistancies and idiotic choices.

Off the top of my head:

1. They include Twisted Metal PS3 but not the new Ratchet & Clank. Both were announced in the previous games in the series, except R&C's announcement was obvious. For Twisted Metal you had to interpret all sorts of codes and crap.

2. They call Afrika a "big game". They also claim LA Noire is hitting in 2009. It likely isn't hitting until 2010, and it likely has gone multiplat.

2. Huxley has been struggling in beta in Korea for well over half a year now. It's unlikely that it'll ever leave the country.

3. "Console Exclusives" aren't fucking exclusive! The term is a friggin' paradox!
