0-2. I don't think it will have a price cut this year. Star Ocean 4 will almost certainly do it, and perhaps there's something else that will too.

FF13 its comming this year in japan >_o from march sony will get a huge boost.

Sony gets a huge boost well before that with Yakuza 3 and SF4. Middle period of the year though nothing for both systems.

If a miracle occurs and Sony is able to reduce the ps3 price buy a significant amount this year, then it will be tough for the 360 to have a winning week in japan after that point. Otherwise, a really food Japanese title release on the 360 might push it temporarily past the ps3 sales.

It would not be a miracle at all to cut the price in Japan, WW would be the highly unlikely at this point but Japan seems a easy choice. Especially by the time FFXIII releases, a price cut is a dead certainty.
