It only costs $3 million to run a 30 sec ad during the Super Bowl this year, and I'm sure it wouldn't cost Sony much to whip up an interesting ad.  At least no more than it cost them to create the Helghan trailers and such shown at GC and E3.

That being said, $3 million is still a hell of a lot for a single ad, and I don't hink Sony will go for it.

 3 million is alot of money but, isnt the Super Bowl the most watched event on TV? Isnt it near 100 million people worldwide?  Thats alot of people seeing that commercial?

the ONLy PS3 game I have seen loads of adverts for so far is LBP.

 

 yeah LBP and Motorstorm 2 are the only ones i've seen frequent ads for

Given how K2 is a massive blood bath, i doubt the would be green lit to show that during the SB.

The Helghan trailer showed almost no blood. It also had no cursing, come to think of it. It seems as if it was almost designed for such a purpose.

I get confused on this site. One minute Im reading something about Sony shedding Billions then im reading about the possibility that they'll expensively advertise one of their games.
Anyway, that aside I really hope this game gets mega advertising because theres no doubt it'll deserve it.

Uhh regardless of Sony's current situation, not advertising their games is even more stupid.
