What is the most underated game in history ?

For me I think it's beyond good and evil ?

FFIX, when compared to the rest of the FF games that one doesn't shine even tho it's just as good as VII (IMO)

FIFA 09 it stands at 8.9 at metacritic, but the real score of the game must have been at least 9.5

I agree with most of those as being under-appreciated but pretty much of those games got good ratings so how can they be underrated.

A totally under-appreciated game would be ICO but I can't think of underrated games that are actually good at the moment.
