I missed these stories... they used to be every other week for the first year of the Wii remote, and then a shrt burst after Wii Fit.

I wonder what Myamoto will do when he hears about this...

also I really do feel happy for the girl.

People made fun of the game when it came out but I quickly found out that the balance exercises with the realtime feedback are quite unique. Nothing equivalent is available even in a well equipped gym. Physical therapy at the teaching hospital where I work uses them.

They also installed one in the medical student center to ease stress.

Well, I'm all for products that help people recover their livelyhood.

Ps3 cures cancer, but Wii with wii fit combined cure people of old age and paralysis.

On a side note, why the HECK does every single so called 'non-gamer' I've ever heard talking about Wii Fit call it "The Wii Fit". It's not the Wii Fit. It's Wii Fit. Period. Where did they ever come up with that expression? THE Wii Fit, seriously, like, that doesn't even make sense. 'So what are you doing later?' 'Me? Oh nothing special, just playing the Wii Fit. You know, mine. It's better than yours, it's THE Wii Fit.'
