So lemme get this straight. Your entire basis for this being a bad idea comes from a bad movie and TV show? This is the saddest thing ever. If you want to be taken seriously, then I suggest you drop the ridiculous hyperbole and come up with realistic scenarios. It turns out terrorists have always had a hard time working with-in US borders and this is likely to continue to be true. A mass break out of people seems like the least likely of all the possible outcomes.

 I have, unfortunately, read everyone of your posts in this thread. This is how I know you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about. The fact that you put the entire Islamic world in the same category as a few extremeist is the most laughable part of this, and another reason I cannot be bothered to take you seriously. The fact that a scenario is possible does not make it likely. Emergency situations are not used as a part of the standard operating procedure of anything that is remotely organized. Stop using hypebole, and completely unrealistic scenarios if you want to be taken seriously.

What's the point of victory over an enemy if you become just as morally reprehensible in the process? Nietzsche and all that shit. Yeah it sucks that there are people willing to walk into a crowded area and blow themselves up. But a world super power that is willing to detain anyone anywhere for any reason, deny them habeus corpus and torture them isn't really a whole lot better. Both will instill fear and hate in the population of the world. It's not enough to destroy terrorists, they have to be destroyed in such a way that doesn't leave the world more afraid of you afterwords. An ideological battle has to be won ideologically. And mock executions to force confessions isn't going to convince anyone that you're the good guy in this fight.

I did no such thing.  However most politically and knowledgable Islamic citizens of that region do agree that in some fashion this current crisis is a war over religion (a Crusade).  Hell, even OBL has called it that.  Now that is not to put moderate and radical Muslims and the same basket--never my intent.  DHS SAS is Homeland Security Advisory System, Mossad is Israeli intel, KGB is the old Soviet intel agency, Shin Bet is the Israeli NSA but more hardcore, NSA is National Security Agency, CIA is Central Intelligence Agency, etc., etc.

Some will be sent back to other countries (bad to a point of possible escape but then again the Saudis for example don't give 3 hots and a cot and out inter. techniques are friendly by comparison) Some will be sent to Super Max's.

 I don't see how it is at all relevant to explain well known acronyms at the end there. I know people who work at the DoD, and NSA. It is an interesting way to complete ignore the point I am making though. I say again, just because there is protocol in place does not make it a remotely likely scenario. They had plans in place for if the Soviet Union launched a nuclear strike against the US. Not terribly useful in hind-sight.

Those who are eligible for release will be released in either the US or a country willing to accept them. Those who still have charges and trials pending will be moved to US soil. They will subsequently face trial in either a federal court or a military court; the current military commisions may still be used by the administration, but they will be revised to provide for more legal protection for detainees.

So what is it that you want exactly man?
