I realize this, but it does not change the fact they wont be able to play games like uncharted and so forth. thats why i added the "Vice-versa" so it evens out both ways.
But i think 360-owners get more spiteful then PS3-only owners because to be able to play PS3 exclusives they have to rank up 400+ dollars atm while PS3 owners need only rank up 200+ dollars for the cheapst Arcade Model. get what im saying?
The ridiculous hype comes from fans that have been lied to by sony for 2 years now. Of course the fans are gonna be hyped up when you a have a mega-corporation feeding you propaganda 24/7
Sony lies about the cell being more powerful. Sony lies about games only being possible on the ps3. Sony lies about their financial records. Sony lies about game sales.
The only problem is when reviews come in, and ps3 fans refuse to accept a low score from any source over a game they've been hyping.
Case in point- any review of killzone giving it less than 90%

Are you implying that the 360 is a more desirable secondary console purchase than the PS3 is?

No, just saying that one is much easier to purchase over there other, the Arcade model is half the price of the PS3 at the moment, therefore its less of an issue to obtain a 360 over a PS3.
But if you inclued all the extra gear like Wi-fi and all that sort of thing that changes things all-together if you want the full xbox experience.
In that case the 360 would end up being more expensive.
Overall it "Depends".
Its not the problem of them hyping up their games, its the problem of them over hyping each game to be the game that will get the PS3 to the top spot... which as we all know, just isn't going to happen...

Well of course the 360 full experience is more expensive. To get the full experience you would need to purchase every accessory and game for it and there are obviously more games on 360 than on PS3. Then again, to get the full experience of the PS3 you have to purchase every Blu Ray movie, so maybe it's a tie.
