Just in Warranty then. You can back up absolutely necessary stuff to An external flash stick (iPOD even works), Then Call Sony and get it repaired.

The point of buying a warranty is so you don't have to send it, you can just get a quick replacement.

Ok so trophies just have to by synced with the PSN or something, so thats done and now im backing up the system to my external, only 1 hours and 12 mins remaining!
