In the near future I was gonna say Alan Wake as well, but one of their many unannounced games for 2009 could have a chance as well. But that will mean nothing when Uncharted 2 gets released.

I agree.  But I'd say Braid's artistic style is better.  I wouldn't say it's graphics are better.

Though, I must look at some more KZ2 trailers.  I don't know why I hear about it being this graphic powerhouse that no one has seen it's like before.  From glimpses I've seen, it looks just as good as CoD4 on Xbox.

Who cares? I mean really? Does anyone really think it's that significant?

I'm surprised no one mentioned Kingdom Under Fire 2.

People always associate polygon counts, lighting and explosions with good graphics. Games need art direction, visual style...

Of graphics are measured by how much processing power is being used, then Killzone 2 is probably the leader for consoles. To me it looks like a dark FPS...

Nothing that is coming any time soon, but I am sure future games on both the 360 and PS3 will look as good, if not better than KZ2.

I don't know crap about graphics (to prove: I love Dungeon Keeper and that had crappy graphics when it came out, ditto for Starcraft and diabloII for example), but if you say that COD 4 equals KZ2, then you need glasses :-/

In terms of graphics? For the forseeable future none. Killzone's smoke, particle effects lighting are really a good bit above anything that is available on 360 as far as videos can show, I mean putting the really expensive CELL chip into the PS3 must have been good for something. If an expensive show-case game like Killzone2 cannot outclass the 360 nothing will.

In terms of sales we will see Halo3 will most likely have much bigger sales, the 360 is still a bit of a Halo console. In gameplay terms I expect that Cod4 and Cod6 will still be better.
