At them minute I have a 60GB PS3, which I truely love, and make no mistakes, PS3 and Sony will always be my number 1.............however over the years I have realised that Microsoft has had a great deal to offer, and since the Xbox 360 is now cheap and reliable (Jasper I think), and my birthdays coming up, Im seriously considering 'Jumping In.'

Im now looking for a few games to justify my purchase. I love Action Advernture, Racing, Shooters and Horror, but nothing Halo Related. I will get all multiplats on PS3 so is there any 360 exclusives out in 2009 that will interest me. Ive looked at the list on the front page and its quite underwhelming at the minute. I will purchase Left 4 Dead and Gears if I get a 360, but is there any 2009 killer apps for Microsofts system that would appeal to me?

you should consider games already released too, like Fable 2... Well, in 2009 there might be Mass effect 2. I played the first one on the PC, great game.

I don't know what's coming up in 2009 exclusively on the 360... I must say that I don't play a lot with my 360 since Gears 2... It's all about the PC and the PS3 right now and I fear it might go on like this in 2009

GTA4 DLC looks great for one...
Ninja Blade is a fun action game, anyone that played the demo will tell you so.
Alan Wake is top tier survival horror software that will rival anything on any console.
Mass Effect 2 is all but announced as 360 exclusive...
Star Ocean 4 may be worth noting even though its not action oriented...

But microsoft has been pretty tight lipped about blockbuster exclusives. Apparently they will reveal their cards at E3 (not GDC).

I expect new Rare game this year, killer instinct 3 or Perfect Dark 2 maybe. Also, Forza 3 may hit as well. Also, I could see them announcing something else on top that will be their go-to game this year.

In the meantime there are lots of multiplats that will keep xbox 360 gamers busy... RE5, FEAR2, SF4...etc.

I think there might be a new DOA Xtreme... I remember a guy at Tecmo who said "the game is designed so you can play it with only one hand... so the other is free. For example to hold a drink".
