You need to read the whole post. :P

Basically, my point was that if it breaks a million fairly quickly, then word of mouth should carry it over 3 million and probably over 4 million lifetime.

The only way this wouldn't happen is if it never even managed to break a million, which is higly unlikely given the hype and probable marketing.

Killzone 2 will sell like Resistance 2 why? Because they're both PS3 exclusive FPS?

^I was pretty much spot on, 800k-1 million first week looks about correct.

Having said that, this thread is full of fail, I must say, from both sides. People predicted 440k first week and 1.2 million LT? People predicted 2.5 million first week?

Note how it has changed from "KZ2 will sell terribly, and not move hardware" to "KZ2 will have no legs, and look, it only put the PS3 200 copies above the 360 in Others". Sony haters are a funny bunch.

800k-370k= 430k. I see no reason why an FPS can't do that. Besides, Japan exists...

Where did you get 5 million?
