I was just curious about what you guys think is actually the better game 

so please only post if you have played them both so you can give an opinion that counts

how long have you been playing halo online ?

I liked the first Halo, the second and third didn't really cut it for me. For some online go resistance, although halo isn't bad either. Its a tossup really......but if absolutely had to choose i would go with resistance for the online co-op and i prefer the online competitive on it as well. 60 player battles is pretty fun.

I would have to personally say Resistance, as i found the fact that it is essentially set in an alternate version of WWII very interesting! The Chicago scene in Resistance 2 is just Immense!

They both have their strengths and weaknesses and are both fantastic games, so the best would be to enjoy both!

@ martjuh: about Resistance2: I hate shooters, and I got this game for free with my PS3. I absolutely enjoyed the singleplayer and the co-op is absolutely fantastic, so that's "good" for resistance2.

Apparently Halo pretty much set the bar for shooters on a console, so it would probably beat out Resistance.

First Halo did, then it was COD4 which currently still retains the title (imo), and i can garuntee KZ2 will steal that title next month after playing the beta.

IMO both Resistance 2's single player campaign and online mulitplayer are better than Halo 3. I expected far more from Halo 3, I honestly don't understand the hype.
