Just like guys who rate women 10/10 there is no such thing. Cause if you see enough women you will like different parts of theirs more and you will wish the chick you rated 10/10 had that. So how can she be a 10 anymore?

Same with games. Every Game has elements in it that you love and will wish it was added to this game just to make it that tiny bit better.

I'm sure bio shock will be awesome but once you finshed playing it you will be like great however it could of had this or this done better.. etc...

10 out of 10 means whatever the hell the reviewers think it means as it is a completely arbitrary scale. Typically it means not that the game is absolutely perfect or the best game ever made. Rather it means the games is about as good as one could possibly expect given realistic parameters, and deserving consideration as a hall-of-fame caliber game.

The more important question is which game will sell more...my money is on bioshock even though i want mp3 to win. BS just has too much hype.

I think Bioshock will get better reviews because it is genuinely a better game. But I haven't played either yet, so it's just speculation...I'll probably end up liking Metroid more as a fan, but Bioshock is GOOOOOLLLDD.

I didn't say that if the controls are bad they should score it high. I meant that lately it seems that developers approach Wii reviews with a 'meh' in their minds already. For example: TP's controls were either bashed or praised. It seems that Wii is developing a 'love me or hate me' design. That is why, I think, Bioshock will get better scores. Either you love metroid or you hate it. The franchise has always been like this anyway...

Oh well, Metroid Prime 3, Halo 3 and Bioshock all spell bad news for the PS3's sales. At least they might be getting Bioshock eventually but not before the 360 fanbase has had its fill.

At this point, the PS3 will have Bioshock when hell freezes over.

I'm honestly starting to think Bioshock could do fairly well sales wise, or atleast it deserves to sell well.

i agree, but only for the remaining month. Sept will be better for the PS3: Warhark, HS, Lair...It will probably even out as far as weekly sales go, that is till halo 3 comes out

Well, I havn't played either, but this is what i would expect from what I have read about both.

Graphics = Bio
User Interface = MP3
Total Gametime = MP3
Multiplayer = Bio
Sound = Bio
Overall Score = Bio (MP3 will get knocked down due to wii biased, though it will be one of Wii's highest, if not highest rated games thus far)
