hmm seems later sites and mags are giving lower scores, well the average is 97% so that should give you a indication on how good of a game this is



                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

I actually want MP3 to tie with Bioshock. I want all the goddamn Wii haters to see that Wii CAN have good games.

I'm going to hate 1UP even more when I'll see how much they lower the average of MP3.

IGN - 9.5

It is a hardcore game through and through. You will get your ass kicked by bosses. You will be stumped by the sometimes complex, but never overbearing, exploration.

Yes, but keep in mind that Edge is also famous for stingy reviews, having only given out five perfect 10s in the magazine's 14-year lifespan.

However, Metroid Prime 3 is getting a 10 from Nintendo Power, reportedly only the SECOND ever given out by them! (I was unable to confirm this, but I do know that Nintendo Power doesn't exactly hand out high scores like candy, not even for Nintendo games. For example, Twilight Princess, which earned perfect 10s from several major publications, got a 9.5 from NP.)

 I believe it is the second since the redesign of the magazine.  I think it's the fourth overall (OoT, MP, and RE4).

It looks like Metroid reviews will be coming in on Monday 12:01am, according to IGN (i'm assuming they are bringing out a review as soon as it is possible for them to do so)

Bioshock is actually currently 4th all time on gamerankings:

1. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 97.7%
2. Soul Calibur 96.4%
3. Metroid Prime 96.3%
4. BioShock 96.1%
5. Resident Evil 4 (GC) 95.8%

The Edge review has yet to be applied to it's listing. When it is, the game will drop to 5th below Resident Evil 4, with a score of 95.7%. This wager is certainly not over for Metroid Prime 3. For a while there it was looking like Bioshock had it won without any competition, but MP3 could really give it a run for it's money.

its sad cause bioshock deserves to be up there really it does...... its such a great game, for those of you who dont have a xbox get it on your comp if you can.

Just like i have a wii (for those of you who didnt know yes i do /slap though no current games though because of minor issues no details) and like bioshock it has so many titles that just the system itself can be bought for a single or a few games (wi-MG brawl TP Metroid) 360 (halo 3, bioshock, mass effect, jrpgs)

im rather curious, but not only on bioshock, but usually on most games, the lower ranking scores (for high ranking games that is) they usually come after all the high scores, is it so they get more attention? I really am curious ive seen it a few times before not just on bioshock
