That aside, Valkyria is probably the best $60 you'll spend on a game. I hesitated for over a month and finally just took the plunge after christmas and boy was I glad I did. That game is on par with mgs4 even with a much lower budget.

Now I hope the selvaria dlc comes to NA soon.

Word! I'm not a fan of Solitaire, either. Wii Sports is pretty awesome though!

OT: I think the game's story/characters are a bit overrated, it didn't do anything special for me. However, I still love the art direction / style, and the gameplay is fantastic. The game will probably keep you busy for at least 50hrs or so, so it's definitely a great value. My favorite PS3 exclusive - IMO, it's the best game Sega has put out in years, we oughtta let them know with our purchases!

edit: Wow, I can't believe I just wrote this. I didn't even buy VC myself, I've been playing the one I took from my cousin. Whoops! Sorry for being cheap everyone!

When I tried out the demo, I was like "what is this!?!" thinking I'd be playing a third person shooter like gears or somewhat while completely confused and decided to go "Bah! This is shit!" Thinking back, I was probably extrememly drunk at the time. Often when I come home late after a night out I randomly play something new and give it a bad review (like Cod:WaW, but that review stands)

But I am one who really loves falling into a good rpg, but it has to be good. Like getting tottaly immersed in a Miyazaki anime film. So I really think, after hearing what all the fans have had to say about VC, I really think it'd be a sin to let this game pass. Sales are far from everything. The Wii has shown us that. Wii music has shown us that.
