I consider Bioshock as the best game on X360, so I would certainly go for Bioshock (ME also a good game, however I think Bioshock is better).

Both deserve to definitely be AAA titles..
But go with mass effect first.

The first level of bioshock is the most amazing intro i have ever played probably.. Afterwords it gets kind of slow a little. But you have to stick with it. It was amazing.

Mass effect is just steady the whole way through, if you get interested in the universe and such.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.

well i just opened mass effect and can say its better than bioshock..

These games are both excellent. Though there is no way to prove it, I reckon between them they sold a LOT of Xbox 360's.

But because Mass Effect 2 has become my most anticipated game, I have to recommend it. But seriously, play them both. And do everything you can. If you do, Mass Effect will be 30 hours (on the first of many playthroughs) and Bioshock will be 25 hours.

Mass Effect hands down//more money for your buck, three playthroughs alone will have you unlocking all the achievements in the game. More options on story-wise (good or bad). I haven't played the game yet, but considering its at a bargain price point.

Get that game NOW!!!

Well, thanks to everyone, youve all made solid arguments. I think considering my current situation im gonna go with mass effect first, and get bioshock in a few weeks time, cos i really wanna play both.

Thanks a lot guys

Great choice. Bioshock rocks, will keep you on the edge of your seat, but after you figure out everything, you won't likely replay it again. Mass Effect? You can replay it 4 times and get different experiences each time.

I have replayed ME at least 4 times.

Get BioShock. It's awesome.

Make sure you go to a local Zavvi - I went to the Bluewater one yesterday and it was really cheap. I got 3 slightly older (not 2nd hand) games for £40 and I think they are going to discount further...

i own both and i just have to say mass effect blew my mind especially the ending bioshock was awesome as well but i still liked
