Pikachu is one of my least favorite Pokemon, I don't know why. But I'd have to pick Pokemon Yellow. I still think having a Pokemon following you a cool idea.
Pokemon Yellow or if you count pokemon snap .
Pikachu says "Get in my .......!"
I never liked Yellow. Easily my least favorite expansion. Anyway, does Pokemon Channel(GC) count?
Pixel Art can be fun.
Pokemon Yellow!
In the next Pokemon they should allow to select any Pokemon of your choice to follow you around wherever you go. Having my Espeon following me around would be sweet.
I have to say that he was always one of the most annoying characters in SSB. Hes ok in the Pokemon games.

There are some areas in D&P where you can have your pokemon follow you, but I agree it should be for the whole game like in Pokemon Yellow.

There's a park in Diamond/Pearl where you can have Pokemon like Happiny, Torchic and Drifloon can follow you where you go.
Pixel Art can be fun.

If it truly loves me, then it will be content to see me so happy. Love is all about making the other person smile. I always smile when Pikachu dies a horrific painful death.
