I was watching a review show for games and saw a review for Fable 2. I was sooo excited. I've played Fable a thousand times over, and I love the game.

At Christmas, I finally got Fable 2. I've been playing it for a little while now, and I have to say, I liked Fable better. Fable was easier to get into than Fable 2. There is a ton of glitches in Fable 2, where as in Fable, it seemed more of a smoother ride. Just yesterday, I was playing Fable 2, and a guy was walking through a rock. Like really... this is suppose to be next gen. Thats not suppose to be acceptable! 

I like the stuff they've added, but overall I'm not impressed. I find I get bored quick, and I switch to another game, more than I should be.

Maybe its just me, but I am not into Fable 2 like I was with Fable.

It is just you, I got fable 2 the other day and absolutely love it! Even if there are a few glitches, that doesn't stop me from enjoying the game (it didn't stop me from enjoying another amazing yet glitch-filled RPG like Fallout 3 or Oblivion).

There were more than a million copies of Fable II sold. I would be very surprised if you were alone in getting disappointed. I haven't seen even a video of Fable II, much less played it.

I think that the general response to the game was favorable, and that it exceeded expectations rather than falling short. At least that's what I've gotten from reviewers and people on this and other forums.

I love the game and I didn't think I would like it this much. I also never played the original so that may have something to do with it.

While I was playing it I thought it was a great game, but after looking back on it I kinda felt that it wasn't that great, just the best thing I had to play at the time, but then again I felt the same way about the first one too. :P

I was pretty underwhelmed by the game itself but the ending was one of the most fantastic endings of all time. It did things so differently that it was really a treat.

The rest of the game wasn't bad and it was a huge improvement on Fable 2 (the gameplay, not things like player customization) but it wasn't all it was hyped up to be. You could get through the games 3 different enemy types by spamming the attack button and time stop which was kind of lame.

A bit....I enjoyed the variety of melee,ranged and magic atacks, but found enemy AI a bit too simple...also, there was an annoying glitch that wouldn´t let me advance past the point of that trader in the beginning (it worked after installing the game to the HDD), main story could´ve been at least 2-3 hours longer, ending was anti-climatic for my tastes.

Enjoyed the sidequests a lot, though.

I'm actually in the same world your in. I played the first fable on a pc, and man, it was literally perfect. The game was just so right for it's element. Everything about it felt amazingly crafted to meet Peter's plan.

I was SERIOUSLY looking forward to fable 2, like this was one of the only titles left to pursuade me to buy a $200 360. Then when my roomate brought it home to load it up. A HUGE wave of disappointment hit me as I was instantly turned off by the games graphics. They just weren't smooth... like... at all to me. Then as he played it, certain things just annoyed the piss out of me, and the glitches... oh man the glitches.

Fable 2 was just a train wreck in terms of what I expected out of the fable series. Even fan video's show fight scenes that just get hit with bizarre slowdown... And it does happen quite often :/ Fable 2 completely lacks the charm that made me fall in love with the first game.

I was also underwhelmed when it came to this game but I don't think it was bad, I just think Fable was better.
