One thing that is evident on this website (and its not a bad thing) is that the Sony Squad (Fans+ Fanboys) hype the games coming out on the PS3 up. Doesn't matter if its a big name exclusive, or something that ends up being a POS I.E Haze.

They do hype like no other ;) ... In a way its nice to see such dedicated fans to a company and its console. Making awareness for its games. HOWEVER, it does get pretty annoying when they enter X360 game threads and turn it into some sort of war or constantly throw "PS3 will have the best games in 2009" in your face.

Its not only opinion that makes any console having the best games of the year but the fact that Microsoft and especially Nintendo don't announce its games years in advance like Sony. This isn't a generalization either.

You cannot claim that the PS3 will host the best game line up for 2009 when you don't know what the compeition has in store, that my friends is ignorant.

So, I think as Xbox Fans+Fanboys, we should hype our own games. Get awareness up for games that don't get full attention until they're out in a few months.

Please add ANY upcoming exclusive 360 games you know of ... heck even if you know a company that is working on a game for the 360 exclusively, post it here!

Oh yeah, in response to the first paragraph, yes I admit many here did hype Haze early but sheesh, how quickly we forget Too Human. That game was hyped not only by 360 "fans+fanboys" but even the games creator said "it will change the World".

Other than that, go ahead and hype your games up, no reason you shouldn't be able to.

Can't really agree that the sort of behavior you're citing is something to be emulated. Just because something is an exclusive is no reason to get excited, as we've seen time and again... and again... and again...

Only ones I know of are the insane quotes from the creator, threads about the 1M demos, 1M pre-orders and talk of the game being a possible "AAA" title. Probably the same things you saw.

Too Human also ironically falls into his "announced years in advance" argument as well since the game supposedly took 10 years to develop and it was first announced for the 360 in 2005 I think. Alan Wake also falls into this same argument.

I don't want to derail the TC thread more though so i'll leave it at that, but his weak attacks are so full of fail.
