Hopefully a few of them are those 5 "rumored" rpg's that we heard about.

Don't forget Siren.  It seemed like Sony announced it and then released it the following month.  God of War 3 and MAG will release in 2009.  I think GT5 may be pushed to Q1 2010.  I think it is safe to say that MS/Sony/Nintendo all have unannounced games that can release in 2009.

Oh it's safe to assume that all 3 have stuff in the works for sure. But one things that's also for sure is that Sony has by far the most first party studio's, and having games produced is still an option :P So in terms of sheer volume and content, Sony almost certainly has the most in the pipeline.

I think Waredevil is vaporware. It is as likely to appear on the PS3 as Huxley is to appear on the 360. Tears of Blood is not a real title, at least no publisher or platform holder has confirmed its existence.

one could be kingdom hearts 3, but doubt that would come out in 09 if they havent even confirmed development yet.

KH is not made by Sony.

Incognito are probably too small at the present to develop a new IP. They might simply be giving a hand to other studios at the moment.

Clap Hanz should be announcing or releasing a game this year. Their last game was back in June 07'.

We should be hearing something from Eat Sleep Play this year. Probably a trailer at E3. According to Jaffe it's likely their first title won't be releasing until 2010 though.

We'll almost certainly see something from Relentless Studios.

Not sure about Japan Studio, they've been awfully quiet this gen.
