has anyone else noticed that the NexGen Wars sales figures have been slowly and steadily approaching those of VGChartz? I remember reading in their forums people saying how ridiculous the VGChartz numbers were and how we were massively undertracking the Xbox360's sales numbers, and massively overtracking the Wii.

They had Xbox360 numbers approaching 12 million IIRC and Wii well behind (PS3 also well behind VGChartz.

Well I just had a look today and suddenly their 360 numbers have been pulled to all be within 5% of VGChartz numbers.

Looks like more and more people might be beginning to trust this site's figures...

Hehe... look who laughs last ;) I used to watch Nexgenwars' numbers, but I shifted to VGCharts, much better than NGW.

it seems they have even taken the ridiculously childish idea of ridiculing this site, it seems they're almost at the ridiculous neogaf level of censoring the word. I wonder if they're starting to feel a bit sheepish?

Anyway, congrats ioi, seems more and more people are backing up your numbers...

IMO NextGen Wars shouldn't even be taken serious, at least with regard to the provided sales data. It might be a nice discussion forum, I don't know.

i was a NGW follower but i turned to VG its seems more realistic you know what i mean.. there site random just stopped getting updates
