So as you all know there are two zombie games for 360 that kick a whole lot of ass: Dead Rising and Left 4 Dead. I was wondering which one you think is better overall. The two games are similar in the sense that there's hordes upon hordes of zombies (or "Infected" in L4D) to kill and whole lot of fun to be had.

I think it's pretty close as to which one is better because each one is so much fun but I'd have to say Dead Rising has a razor thin edge in my opinion. Its advantages are more is explained in the sense of a story as well as the "Which Creative Way Can I Come Up With To Kill A Zombie Next" factor.

Thoughts?

Left 4 Dead by FAR for me.

Every time you play the online its like your creating your own story for the game. The Director who makes every run through different. The constant in your face waves of zombies running at you a hundred miles an hour. Oh and lets not forget

Dead Rising is better for singleplayer.

L4D is a good multiplayer game, you may even like it in single player.

dead rising, although a good game, its spoiled with one of the most ridiculous save systems ever devised. the game forces you to rush through and if you dont make certain checkpoints in time, you will never complete, so its a start all over again.

^thats the only thing that made me quickly trade back in dead rising.

They serve completely different needs.

I still prefer Dead Rising, though.

I prefer Dead Rising too. Great game!

I love both but Otis is the Achilles heel in this one.
