Well sounds like a lot of you have had a crappy year already but hopefully everything will improve. As for gaming I think 2009 will be the best year yet. I imagine a lot of hit games that are completely off the radar. Plus it looks like 3rd parties may come through for the Wii in 2009.

It's about THE BEST GAME EVER lololololol

Seriously though, it's a platformer with very cute guys that you customize with thousands of unlockable costume pieces. You also can make levels yourself with just as much freedom as the developers themselves (once you go through the tutorials and unlock all the tools and stuff), or just go online and play what other people have made. It's a great game to play by yourself, but it's a massively fun party game too. First time I got 3 people together we were all dying constantly and laughing the whole time.
