Even the first 3 months of 2009 is amazing, you got, Phantasy Star Portable, Infinite Space, Valkyrie Profile DS, Prinny Can I Really Be The Hero, Star Ocean 2, Dragon Quest V, Pokemon Platinum, Blue Dragon Plus, Resistance Retribution, GTA: Chinatown Wars, Deadly Creatures, Little King Story, Street Fighter IV, Resident Evil 5, Broken Sword DS, House of the Dead Overkill, (not for me but many others) Killzone 2, Tenchu Shadow Assassin, Madworld (still listed as March I got my fingers crossed), Sonic and the Black Knight, Punch-out is still set for Q1, and Star Ocean 4.

Overall a DAMN good Q1 2009 with strong line-ups for the handhelds and Wii, and a few big titles for PS3 and 360 each.

It's been good for me; been playing R2, and I think I'm gonna go watch some Whose Line is it Anyway? episodes that I got for Christmas.

Btw, my pod in LBP was actually a result of me and my friend messing around. It actually turned out really cool, and I decided to keep it.

Spent the end of 2008 at an accident scene where 3 people died. Kicked off 2009 all alone in my patrol car. 1st person I saw this year was a drunk guy who's cell phone could only call 911, so he kept calling 911 until I locked him up. Had to go to a club and break up a 5 man fight at 3am because people don't have any fucking sense. I went home at 5:20am to try and fall asleep. Turns out, the gas station 10 minutes from my house was getting robbed while I was trying to sleep. Was supposed to get off work at 6:30am, but had to investigate (review video, talk to witnesses, canvass neighboring residents, talk to suspects) until 9am. My "girlfriend" went to celebrate new years with her friends, and didn't even call me to say "Happy New Years!" until noon. I promptly told her that I have a date tomorrow (and I don't REALLY have one.....yet) and it wasn't her. And I go to work in two hours, but I've only gotten five hours of sleep so far. My internet bill is due today, but I blew all of my money on Christmas presents. The amp in my car died today, and I can't listen to any music. The heater in my police car stopped working last night. 2009 is gonna rock.

Oh man with so many bad things going on 2009 has to rock!  I think that's pretty awful night I mean even though I had a mild celebration nothing huge even my new lady friend called me while she was busy with house guests just to talk and we texted each other Happy New Years when the ball finally dropped.

My GF moved out today...no joke. Told me when I woke up. About 10min into 2009. 2 years... what a fucking waste of time. I was going to propose too. At least she waited until after the holidays, and when I had two days off from work. 2009 sucks ass.

My friend and roommate will start his policetraining in April we presume... we were already mocking him for probably being on the job this time next year.

Also, please don't game on new-years eve. Even if you can't go out (which you should try irregardless), start celebrating with family.
