I don't think the Wii is a bad gaming console, but honestly I find it to be the least enjoyable when it comes to games I like to play by myself. When friends are over I would hook up some Mario Kart.

the Wii is selling because someone plays Wii at the house of a friend and then he goes and buys a Wii for himself or their family!
(because they like it/enjoy it)

this does not happen as much with Ps3/Xbox360, and that's why they are selling less!

this happened with Ps2, people play it, find it enjoyable and buy it, but not GC since there was no GTA and other software

also, when i said people i mean generally the world, not hardcore or casual, just gamers!

the Wii has hardcore gamers, just watch at Zelda sales.... they are not lower than great HD titles!


also, the Wii cannot be considered as "not for gamers" because of the graphics!

You present one theory for why the Wii is selling so well, but does that lead to people thinking the Wii is the most fun out of the three, or does it just lead to people thinking the Wii is fun, and it being a common choice when one has friends over. All in all, I think you'll be hard pressed to show any kind of proof for your original statement, because you have no surveys, articles, and you cannot by any means prove the conditions that surround people buying Wiis.

In essence, you have presented a hypothesis of yours as fact without showing any kind of evidence proving it as such. You'd make a crappy scientist.
