Yeah, i haven't been wowed by the platforming either. Hoping the create a functions are enjoyable though... or i enjoy the platforming more when i play with my girlfriend. The cuteness of the game and the not being able to die permanently should keep her occupied. It worked for Lego Star Wars. |
I'm afraid you can and will die permanently in LBP. If you want something that easy you'll have to go with PoP. It's prettier too.

Well, darth is a nice person. I don't think he will be nasty on twesterm's sig and avatar...
...unless he puts it into voting, that is...

No kidding? That's yet to occur to me. Probably due to the floaty physics. Eh, she'll get better as it as it goes i'm sure.
I think one of my problems is i'm not one for "Speed runs" and that seems to be a big part of the platforming element of LBP. Speed runs and racking up modifiers.
^It'll come close, though
Am I the only one who is slightly shocked that LBP is outselling Resistance 2?
See, this is what I mean about advertising being everything. A well-advertised game not aimed at the PS3's audience is outselling a not-so-well-advertised game that is exactly a PS3 owner's cup of tea.

official bundle

Doesn't matter if it's official or not. I can go into almost any store and get almost any game. That's the point when official bundles doesn't mean anything at all anymore.
Why do people bring up the subject of bundle as if it was something unexpected? The bundles were announced well before the release of the game and many of the prediction on BOTH side of the fence took that into account.
Anyone who bitch about how LBP sale is due to its bundle, especially those idiots who made a low prediction and are now finding excuses are either ignorant or cowards.
