So you say The Wii is for people who dont use the internet heavily etc etc. Yet, now your saying to search the web and do tons and tons of research to find what games are comming to the VC? Make you your nintendo minds. Either A. The nitendo appeals to online people, or it dont. Pick ONE. Dont just keep flip-flopping saying. "But you can find this here." I know where to find the lists. I just asked my wife. She says she has no idea where to find the virtual console game lists. She said "off the Wii? Idunno." Look if you post here. Chances are you would know stuff like that. Duh. My wife is a techie, and she is the one who wanted the Wii the most. And she dont know where to find the upcomming release lists. So hate to say it guys. But obviously what is coming is NOT that well known. My wife said. "No, I sure as f*** dont know." when I asked her what games are comming in the next 2 weeks. So Gotta hand it to you. Everyone knows what is coming on the VC. Hate to say it, but flow has gotten more publicity than any VC game.
im confused by your arguement. the internet is very common. even if peopel do not use the internet a lot should at least know how to search the web for information. all they have to type is "wii virtual console game list" or something. if peopel are not interested in the VC, they will not even bother to search so they will not know if it's even available online or not. personally, if i want to know what games are coming out, i search for it. but if someone ask me out of the blue, then i woudlnt have any idea either.

I was wrong. Granted, it has only been a week, but from what I can see there has been no real decline in selling price on ebay or availibility in stores. When the PS3 started to be found in stores semi-regularly the ebay prices plunged from > $1000 to near retail. The Wii has constantly been selling $100-$150 above retail since January. I am now betting it stays sold out through March. However, I could be wrong and it could stay in constant high demand as the DS lite has.
60GB PS3s are actually selling BELOW retail now, including shipping. Average selling price is $545, and around $580 if you include shipping.
When the PS3 gets support for playing PS1 games. Hell is gonna break out between the Sony boys and the Nintendo boys. Becuase there are more PS1 games I would like to buy/play than NES/SNES/N64. And the funniest thing is. I can play those PS1 games on my PSP... AND PS3. (that is if sony does that. Wich I dont see why they wouldnt)
The point of the VC is that it is the only place where you can get Nintendo games from previous eras along with other platforms exclusive to the VC. I rate that around 7 out of 10 for effort though.

Nintendo is being slow with their own games because their primary aim is to sustain interest in the Wii, so drip-feeding VC titles is the way it'll be. Sega and others are just in for the $$$, so they want to get their games out there. It's possible to see what's on the horizon by checking what been rated by the ESRB. Also I suspect it's tricky to hammer out the rights to their old games, and the system-makers cut, which is why 3rd party titles are slow in coming (so far it's mostly Nintendo, Sega, and Hudson first-party stuff)

That many games, all at once? Talk about overload. Although I wouldn't argue if M.U.L.E. turns out to be one of those games. :D

Nobody is crazy enough to accuse me of being sane.

Nintendo has actually shipped a lot more units than Sony, it's just that the demand for Wii is much greater than the demand for PS3.

Nah, if you were indeed kidding it was pretty good, it's just hard sometimes to detect sarcasm on the Internet. ;)

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

1. Impersonating members is prohibited. 2. Dual accounts are prohibited. You are breaking one or the other of these rules. I really don't care enough to figure out which it is. You are banned. Good bye.
