It truned off my Windows Automatic Update. I've seen this virus before. I got the same one last year!!! u_u

This happens to me a lot and only ever on this website.

it also happened to me. I was also directed to that site running the "scan" once and the only way to get it away was to click "ok" it tried to run real quick b4 i closed it off and shut it down b4 anything infected but who really knows. a couple other times i was redirected to what look like sites selling things i just clicked back on the browser and all was ok...hopefully nothing major has infected me but i dont think i would know >.>:

yes, pm ioi, as I know he isn't happy about this at all and does want to fix it.

Please include the following information (or as much as you can)

1) URL you are redirected to
2) if VGChartz is the only site you currently have open in your browser/if this happens any other time
3) All ads currently loaded on the page/pages (if you have tabs open it could be any one of them)
4) locations on the page of said ads
5) country you are browsing the site from (for larger countries you may want to include state/province)

You can make exceptions for ads that are game specific or for Amazon, as we know those are safe.

ioi has already removed 1 set of ads (as of 12/22) so hopefully that will eliminate/reduce this from occurring.
