but UT is going to be an interesting game for both platforms... it's like GTA 4 the name is enough to attract people.... but PS3 can take advantage of system seller factor.... but halo is contender on the other one and they are both targeting the same kind of player.... but so it's confirmed haze and UT3 are not pushed on PS3 ??? sorry I haven't followed those games...

This really wont change anything except the X360 losing an exclusive.

This WILL happen. There is no doubt, I am not sure about a time period but Bioshock will come to the PS3 sometime in 08, that is definite.

If this turns out to be a good game, then I hope it does go to PS3, for the same reasons I hope MGS4 comes to 360, people should get to enjoy games regardless of their console choice.

In all seriousness though, I can't help but wonder if this isn't an underhanded campaign aimed at getting people excited about the Ps3 with false rumors. I don't want to be the one to cry conspiracy or anything but it is what this is starting to sound like.

 Unreal's fanbase is primarily on the PC, and I really see no reason why that would change. Most console gamers are not as aware of the series, especially the more casual one's who know of GTA.

Well ,there are 4-5 things that point to this rumour actually being true .

1)The game was announced for PS3 initially .

2)Some mags as gametrailers ,playfrance and the official playstation magazine saw the build of the game on the PS3 in january,months after the "exclusitivy " announcement by MS .Probably Irrational have centered themselves in the current PC/360 versions but there is at least a build to work upon.

3)Peter Moore said in E3 this year that Bioshock was exclusive "this year " for the 360 .Maybe it was just an error expressing himself but it sounded as they didnt had the exclusivity so tightly grabbed as some Xbox fans would like .

4)Take Two are multiplattform guys and probably will want to squeeze Bioshock as much as they can .If they have a build in progress they can spend some 2 million dollar completing that build and obtain good benefits from the PS3 version with some 200-250K sales worlwide .

5)The X360 game box doesnt have anywhere the "only on X360 " label .At least the ones I have seen in internet .
