i have to agree with the J man there phoenix wright games had some funny moments.

armed and dangerous on the xbox and PC had a great sense of humor, the cut scenes were hilarious.

 

Edit: i almost forgot mario and luigi super star saga on GBA, that game was funny too

Armed and Dangerous definitely.  The Penny Arcade Adventures:  On the Rain Slicked Precipice of Darkness, probably the funniest game ever.  GTA, Fallout, Disgaea, LittleBigPlanet's tutorial level (voiced by Stephen Fry).

I thank the J man for this chance to look at the lighter side of gaming.  I think this thread might be troll proof too.
